The menu of the Jardin Nelson offers eco-responsible products. It also offers a variety of products from the terroir like our famous Quebec maple syrup.
Our crepe batters are made solely with organic flour.
In addition to the traditional maple syrup, a wide choice of maple products is available, like maple butter and maple candies. Our menu includes a vast variety of dishes containing maple syrup, such as desserts, vinaigrettes, soups and more.
